Mentally monopolized by others words or thoughts. The tongue can dig us into trouble- our own grave or the tongue can dig us out of trouble unveiling a more meaningful life and fostering healthier relationships with the world and those in it. Resist(or learn to cope by not giving them dominion) those that try to rent negative headspace in your mind. Leave the trivialities behind.
